OUTCROP DISPENSARY + TWO (2) GA GOOSE AT RED ROCKS AMPHITHEATER TICKET GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES - OFFICIAL RULES

The Outcrop Dispensary + Two (2) GA Goose at Red Rocks Amphitheater Ticket Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is subject to the following rules (collectively, the “Rules"). ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins August 5, 2026, and ends August 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on August 14, 2026.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER.
To enter the Sweepstakes, individuals must complete the following steps on Instagram between August 5 and August 13:
1. Follow @outcrop.redrocks on Instagram
2. Join the Outcrop Loyalty Program (via link in bio or in-store)
3. Comment on the official giveaway post by tagging three friends
Alternate entry (no social media required):
Send an email with your name and subject line “Goose Giveaway Entry” to: RedRocks@OutcropDispensary.com. Only one entry per person. Must be received by August 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT.

ELIGIBILITY
All contest entrants must be individuals who are legal residents of the United States, living in a location where such contests are not prohibited by law. All entrants must be legal U.S. residents and at least 21 years of age. Employees, owners, contractors, and their immediate household members of Outcrop Dispensary LLC and any co-sponsors are ineligible. Only one entry per individual.
All entrants must have an AXS ticketing account or an ability to obtain an AXS ticketing account in order to receive the Prize.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. Winners will be notified by email, phone, as appropriate. All winners must affirmatively accept their prize within a forty-eight (48) hour period after their receipt of notification. Failure to accept the prize in this time frame may result in Outcrop Dispensary LLC withdrawing the award to select a new winner.

PRIZES
A total of two (2) GA (general admission) to Goose at Red Rocks Amphitheater on Friday, August 28, 2026 (each, a “Prize") will be given away by random drawing among the codes submitted prior to the Sweepstakes Deadline. Only one Prize will be awarded to any eligible individual who enters the Sweepstakes (irrespective of the number of valid codes submitted by such individual pursuant to these Rules). The approximate retail value of the Prize is [$575]. A Prize is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted by the winner for another prize. Outcrop Dispensary LLC reserves the right to substitute an alternate Prize of equal or comparable value. Prizes are offered “as is" with no written, express, or implied warranty and may be subject to restriction.
Any Prize not claimed within five (3) days will be forfeited by the winner and will remain the property of Outcrop Dispensary LLC.

GENERAL
By entering the Sweepstakes, and unless prohibited by applicable law, entrants expressly consent and agree to permit Outcrop Dispensary LLC to use entrants’ name, photograph, likeness, statements, and voice for advertising, fundraising, promotional or publicity purposes in all media, in perpetuity, without compensation and agree to execute specific consent forms if requested. Outcrop Dispensary LLC may utilize Instagram, Twitter, Threads, LinkedIn and/or Facebook to promote sweepstakes or giveaways, from time to time. Participants acknowledge that any such promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
All taxes (federal, state, local or otherwise) in connection with a Prize and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes are the sole responsibility of a Prize winner. Winners may be required to complete a W-9, affidavit of eligibility, tax acknowledgement, or other forms as may be necessary. Each prize winner agrees to cooperate with Outcrop Dispensary LLC in the provision of any required tax forms and any tax withholdings as may be required under applicable law. If the proper forms are not completed and returned, prizes will be considered forfeited and will not be awarded.
Outcrop Dispensary LLC is not responsible for failures in technology such as but not limited to: technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Proof of e-mailing and/or mailing does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt.
Outcrop Dispensary LLC shall have the final decision on any and all claims concerning the Sweepstakes and reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if these Rules are not followed. Entrants release Outcrop Dispensary LLC and its employees, officers and agents from any liability, including personal injury or property damage, with respect or related to the receipt and/or use of any Prize awarded.
All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply, and the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be Denver, Colorado. Void wherever prohibited by law. Outcrop Dispensary LLC reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time at its sole discretion.
